FrequencyPop is an audio tool designing for relaxation, meditation, and entertainment purposes only. It is NOT a medical device. The frequencies, binaural beats, and information provided on this website are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
If you have a medical condition, seizure disorder, or wear a pacemaker, please consult with your physician before using binaural beats or low-frequency audio stimulation. Do not listen to binaural beats while driving or operating heavy machinery.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this websites particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Description of Service
FrequencyPop provides a browser-based audio synthesis engine that generates specific frequencies (such as Solfeggio frequencies) and binaural beats. The service is provided "as is" and intended for personal use.
3. Intellectual Property & Commercial Rights
The audio engine code, design elements, and original "Sacred Songstarter" compositions are the intellectual property of FrequencyPop, Dromeda Development, and Ametaphor // Hz Priestess. The audio *generated* by your use of the tool during a session is yours to enjoy, but the underlying mechanisms and recorded samples remain our property.
Creator Tier (Pro) Exemption:
Users with an active "Creator Tier" (Pro) subscription are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use audio generated and exported from FrequencyPop for commercial purposes, including but not limited to: background music for videos, therapeutic client sessions, live performances, and distributed media. This license remains valid even if the subscription is later cancelled, provided the audio was exported during an active Pro period.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FrequencyPop or its owners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on FrequencyPop's website.
5. Refund Policy (Happiness Guarantee)
We want you to resonate with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with FrequencyPop Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Simply contact our support team at support@frequencypop.com with your order details, and we will process your refund immediately, no questions asked. After 14 days, all sales are final.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
